We are seeking highly skilled engineers to support, enhance, and architect applications deployed on containerized, cloud-native platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in complex enterprise environments and enjoy working at both hands-on and architectural levels. You will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and scaling backend services running on OpenShift-based infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for containerized applications deployed on OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms
- Act as a solution architect for cloud-native systems, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and technical roadmaps
- Build and optimize services using Java, with optional exposure to Golang for select components
- Work with Oracle databases to integrate, manage, and optimize data workflows
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Participate in architectural discussions, system design decisions, and solution planning




- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support overall engineering maturity
- Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and maintainability of distributed systems

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP) or Kubernetes-based platforms
- Proven expertise in Java backend development; Golang experience is an added advantage
- Solid understanding of containerization, Docker, and cloud-native application design
- Experience working with enterprise-scale systems and large, distributed environments
- Familiarity with container security, API gateways, service meshes, or observability tools
- Ability to think at an architectural level while remaining hands-on when required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and resilient system design
- Comfortable mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Experience collaborating across teams in fast-paced, complex technical environments
