Job Description
- Lead end-to-end execution of residential development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive constructability reviews, execution planning, and value engineering from concept through completion.
- Own project budgets, cash flow, cost controls, commercial performance, and profitability across the portfolio.
- Establish solid project governance, risk management, reporting frameworks, and contractor performance management.
- Champion best-in-class quality, safety, compliance, and statutory approval processes across all developments.
- Lead adoption of ERP, BIM, digital construction tools, project controls, and technology-driven execution practices.
- Build, mentor,



and develop a high-performing construction leadership team while driving accountability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and commercially successful projects.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- 16+ years of experience leading large-scale residential real estate development and construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple premium residential developments from planning through completion.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets exceeding ₹500 crore and driving cost optimisation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in project planning, contracts, procurement, project controls, quality management, and construction execution.
