Role Description
This full-time, on-site Tractor Sales role is based in Naxalbari and focuses on driving sales of tractor loans and related banking products to customers in the region. The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The Tractor Sales team member will maintain relationships with dealers, influencers,



and local partners to generate leads and build a strong referral network. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting field visits, providing after-sales support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes updating records in bank systems, coordinating with branch and credit teams, and participating in regular sales reviews and training sessions.

Qualifications
