About the Role

Pinnacle FutureBuild Pvt. Ltd.
is looking for a
results-driven Lead Generation & Campaign Executive
to plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns, generate qualified leads, and contribute to business pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in
B2B lead generation, campaign management, prospect research, database building, and multi-channel outreach
. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to convert targeted prospects into qualified meetings and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute
B2B lead-generation campaigns
across target industries, geographies, and services.
- Research and identify
target accounts, key decision-makers, and relevant prospects
.
- Build, segment, and maintain accurate, high-quality prospect databases.




- Execute multi-channel campaigns across
Email, LinkedIn, Digital Advertising, Webinars, Events, and Outbound Outreach
.
- Develop targeted and
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
in coordination with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Ensure leads are properly
captured, qualified, assigned, and tracked
in CRM/Salesforce.
- Monitor Sales follow-up and lead progression across
MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Pipeline
.
- Track key campaign metrics, including
response rates, meetings generated, conversions, CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI
.
- Conduct
A/B testing
and continuously optimize target audiences, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate campaign data, lead-source attribution, and strong
CRM hygiene
.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience
in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of the
B2B sales and marketing funnel
