Position Summary

This role combines business engagement, product prioritization, and agile delivery ownership where the candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and implementation partners, ensuring value-driven delivery aligned with enterprise roadmap and digital strategy.

Job Specification

1. Product Ownership & Strategy

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 F&O-based; solutions

Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value realization goals

Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment

Act as the voice of the customer/business stakeholders

2.. Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain) to identify opportunities

Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation sessions

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines

3. Agile Delivery & Sprint Management

Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Lead sprint planning,



backlog grooming, and review sessions

Ensure timely delivery of sprints with focus on quality, velocity, and business value

Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams

4 Retail Accounting Expertise

Provide subject matter expertise on:

Retail financial flows (invoices, ledgers, sales, returns, discounts, promotions)

Revenue recognition and reconciliation

Inventory and cost accounting

Store-level financial operations

Ensure D365 solutions align with retail accounting standards and compliance
