E-commerce Marketplace & Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding sales channels, and managing day-to-day operations across key online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Shopee, eBay, Quick-Commerce platforms). This role combines operational excellence with aggressive channel expansion, strategic platform partnerships, and catalog growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Channel Expansion
- Identify, onboard, and launch products on current domestic and international e-commerce marketplaces and B2B portal channels.
- Research market trends, competitor footprints, and emerging platforms to unlock untapped revenue streams.
- Negotiate vendor/seller agreements, commission structures, and platform fee terms with platform Category Managers to optimize profit margins.
- Manage cross-border listing expansion (e.g., Amazon Global Selling, regional marketplaces).
- Account Growth & Category Strategy
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace Category Managers to secure prime banner space, deal placements,



and strategic co-op marketing budgets.
- Analyze market demand and customer search trends to recommend new product line extensions and bundle concepts.
- Develop competitive pricing, buy-box strategies, and promotion calendars to maximize market share.
- Listing Management & Catalog Optimization
- Create, optimize, and maintain high-performing product listings (A+ Content, SEO keyword mapping, high-converting imagery).
- Conduct regular catalog audits to resolve suppressed, stranded, or policy-flagged ASINs/listings.
- Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
- Monitor channel inventory levels across FBA, WFS, 3PL, and quick-commerce dark stores to prevent stockouts and maintain high buy-box ownership.
- Partner with supply chain and logistics teams for timely replenishment and stock forecasting based on sales growth targets.
