We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to supervise daily construction activities, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager, monitor manpower and materials, and ensure proper site execution, quality, safety, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with workers and subcontractors.
* Allocate work to workers and monitor productivity and progress.
* Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
* Monitor materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
* Check workmanship and ensure proper quality and safety practices.
* Track daily work progress and provide updates to the Site Engineer.
* Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.
* Maintain proper site discipline and housekeeping.
Requirements
* Diploma in Civil/Construction preferred.
* 8 -10 years of experience as a Site Foreman in residential construction.
* Good knowledge of civil construction and site activities.
* Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
