Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems using industry-standard software such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens S7.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA systems with PLCs to ensure seamless data exchange and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and sensor calibration on the production floor.
- Develop documentation for new projects, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Proven experience in IT-OT (Information Technology - Operational Technology) or Industrial IoT (IIoT) projects.
- Hands-on experience in Industry 4.0 initiatives and manufacturing industry IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of IIoT installations, deployment, and implementation across manufacturing environments.
- Experience in integrating IIoT platforms with software applications, machines, PLCs, sensors, gateways, and other hardware devices.
- Exposure to QR Code implementation projects for asset, material,



or product tracking (preferred/added advantage).

Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT devices, cloud connectivity, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Ladder Logic (Allen-Bradley) or Function Block Diagram (Siemens S7).
- Experience working with SCADA systems from various manufacturers.
- Lead and execute IT-OT and IIoT implementation projects.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams.
- Deploy and integrate IIoT hardware and software solutions.
- Implement digital traceability solutions using QR codes and related technologies.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports and management presentations.
- Ensure successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
