Manager / Sr.Manager / VP-Accounts

The Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s finance,

accounting, and treasury support functions, ensuring compliance with Ind-AS, RBI

Scale Based Regulations (SBR), listing regulations, and lender covenants. The role will

play a critical part in strengthening financial controls, supporting regulatory

inspections, and enabling scalable growth appropriate for a Middle Layer NBFC.

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Preparation and finalisation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in

accordance with Ind-AS.
- Oversight of accounting for ECL, EIR, amortised cost, co-lending, DA/PTC

securitisation transactions and leases
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency between books of accounts, regulatory returns,

lender submissions, and published financials
- Regulatory Compliance & RBI Interface
- Ensuring compliance with RBI Scale Based Regulation (SBR) requirements applicable

to Middle Layer NBFCs
- Preparation and timely filing of RBI returns including DNBS, ALM, and other prescribed





regulatory statements
- Coordination with statutory auditors during RBI inspections, supervisory reviews, and

compliance submissions
- Closure of regulatory observations within stipulated timelines Audit & Governance •

Handling statutory, internal, ASM, concurrent and regulatory audits
- Strengthening internal financial controls (IFC), maker-checker mechanisms, audit

trails, and delegation of authority
- Drafting, updating, and implementing finance SOPs in line with regulatory

expectations and industry best practices Banking Operations, Fund Flows & Finance

Operations
- Monitoring daily fund flows, bank balances, branch cash positions, and liquidity

requirements across the organisation.
- Managing banking operations including payment processing, collection mechanisms,

virtual accounts, escrow accounts, and bank reconciliations.
