Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced International Business Development Manager to take complete ownership of international markets and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.

The role involves the end-to-end export sales cycle identifying and approaching international buyers, developing relationships, negotiating commercials, closing orders, ensuring smooth execution and growing repeat business.

Territory allocation will be based on the candidates strongest market experience across GCC, Africa, Europe, CIS, Americas and APAC.

This chance is ideal for an export professional who has already built international markets and has an active buyer network that can generate business in the near term.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and gross profit for assigned international markets.




- Identify and acquire importers, distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, project contractors and specification buyers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
- Handle export commercial terms including FOB/CIF, LC, DP, pricing and payment terms.
- Convert trial orders into repeat and long-term multi-container business.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Provide market and buyer insights to support product, pricing and collection decisions.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for order execution, shade-lot consistency and shipment timelines.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer meetings.
- Travel internationally for market development, customer meetings and business expansion.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer information in CRM.
