Own our Reddit strategy across multiple brand accounts.

Build and maintain the subreddit list per brand: rules, karma thresholds,

link policy, what is allowed where.

Post daily at volume, and track what gets removed and why. Keep a log.

Train and coach our other editors on how to post on Reddit without getting

accounts or domains banned.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands Reddit. Not agency

Reddit posting. Real Reddit: subreddit culture, automod, karma, shadowbans,

what gets removed and why.

If you browse Reddit yourself and actually understand how it works, this role

is built for you.

What matters most to us:
- You use Reddit personally, not just professionally.
- You understand why a post gets removed, not just that it happened.
- You can explain your reasoning to someone else. Part of this role is

coaching other editors.
- Reliable daily output. This is not a project role.
