Domestic Operation Head - Techno Commercial & Business Development

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Role Overview:

Lead domestic business development and operations across India, focusing on techno-commercial sales, industrial equipment, EPC projects and client development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage domestic business opportunities across India.
- Handle RFQs, tenders, BOQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Develop relationships with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, manufacturers and vendors.
- Manage orders from enquiry to procurement, execution, dispatch and delivery.
- Lead the Domestic Business team and monitor performance.
- Manage sales pipeline, project follow-ups, forecasts and reporting.
- Coordinate invoicing, payments,



freight and commercial documentation.

Required Experience:
- 4–5 years in techno-commercial sales, engineering sales, EPC business development, project sales or industrial equipment sales.
- Knowledge of Boilers & Auxiliaries, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Valves, Piping, Rotating Equipment, Electrical/Instrumentation and Utilities.
- Experience in Power, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Sugar, Cement, Steel, Pulp & Paper or Process Industries preferred.
