Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop new construction equipment products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Create detailed designs and prototypes using CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Test and validate designs to ensure quality and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in the Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Construction Equipment industry.
- Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
