Role & responsibilities

Lead the overall Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Utilities Maintenance function of the paper manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, safety and cost-effective operation.

The incumbent will develop and execute a world-class maintenance strategy covering Paper Machine, Pulp Mill, Stock Preparation, Finishing & Converting, Utilities, Power & Steam, Water Treatment and Plant Infrastructure, while driving TPM, predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, energy efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement the annual and long-term maintenance strategy for the plant.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical production and utility assets.
- Drive Preventive, Predictive, Condition-Based and Reliability-Centred Maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile





BE/BTECH (Mech)with 15to 24 years exp in plant Maintenance / utility /
- in engineering and maintenance, with significant exposure to Pulp & Paper / Paper Manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing a large integrated plant maintenance function.
- Strong exposure to Paper Machine, Pulp Mill, Utilities, Power, Electrical and Instrumentation.
- Experience in an MNC / large professionally managed manufacturing workplace preferred.
