Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and organised Site Coordinator to support our on-ground operations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between our office team, site workers, and clients ensuring that fencing projects are executed on time, safely, and to specification.

Preferred candidate profile
- 0-2 year of experience in site coordination, field operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and English
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of construction, fencing, or infrastructure work is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to and work from various project sites within Bengaluru.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, WhatsApp for Business communication).
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; not mandatory.
