The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. ### Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sources. * Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements. * Promote and explain housing finance/loan products to customers. * Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Coordinate with the branch and internal teams for smooth loan processing. * Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and follow-ups. * Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
