2-4 years of experience in teaching, technical instruction, engineering education, EdTech delivery, or higher education learning environments.

Strong conceptual grounding in AI, ML, data, programming, analytics, or related technical areas relevant to the Academy’s curriculum.

Ability to teach with clarity, structure, and learner sensitivity in both classroom and lab environments.

Comfort with applied delivery models where students are expected to build, practice, solve, and present rather than only listen.

Strong classroom management, communication skills, and academic ownership.

Ability to work within structured calendars, assessments, and delivery standards set by the academic leadership team.

Based in Vijayawada/Vizag or willing to relocate.



Travel to partner colleges is required.

Valuable to Have

Experience in AI skilling, engineering college teaching, coding labs, technical project mentoring, or applied EdTech environments.

Familiarity with sandbox-based learning platforms, GitHub workflows, project reviews, or capstone guidance.

Comfort working with industry-led curriculum frameworks and learner-readiness expectations.

Exposure to faculty development, certification processes, or institution-linked academic rollout models.
