We are looking for a *Product Manager* with strong experience in banking SaaS platforms, specifically within the prepaid ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of domestic and forex prepaid products, and experience building or managing products across the payments and card lifecycle.

*The Hats You Will Wear*
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for prepaid and card-based solutions (domestic & forex)
- Work closely with banks, program managers, and network partners (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay)
- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate complex banking/fintech requirements into scalable SaaS product features
- Drive integrations with issuer processors, KYC/AML systems, and payment networks
- Optimize user journeys across onboarding, transaction processing, and settlement
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization

The Perfect Fit




- 3 - 5 years of Product Management experience
- Strong exposure to Banking SaaS / Fintech platforms
- Hands-on experience with prepaid instruments such as gift cards / PPIs, travel/forex cards, wallets, etc.
- Understanding of card lifecycle, domestic vs cross-border payment flows, forex markup, currency conversion, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with issuer processors / card management systems

*Your Edge Over the Rest*
- Experience with BIN sponsorship programs
- Knowledge of RBI regulations for PPI / forex
- Familiarity with ledger systems, reconciliation, and settlement flows
- Prior experience working with APIs and SaaS product architecture
- Robust problem-solving with ability to navigate ambiguity
