Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage our dealer and distributor network and drive sales growth across assigned markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor management, market development, and sales target achievement. Experience in the mattress or furniture industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand the company's distribution network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel management.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Regularly visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers to understand market requirements.




- Monitor dealer and distributor performance and take appropriate actions to improve sales.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence in existing and new territories.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the channel.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors regarding orders, stock availability, pricing, schemes, promotions, and payments.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, market updates, and channel performance reports.
- Support dealers and distributors with product knowledge, sales promotions, and product launches.
