Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and intellectually curious fresh law graduate to join our HR team for handling Compliance and Legal Affairs. If you have completed an internship at a law firm, corporate legal department,
or compliance function and are eager to build a meaningful legal career in the tech industry, this role is desiged for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Support
- Assist in basic drafting and formatting of legal documents such as NDAs, contracts, MoUs, and agreements.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and standard compliance under supervision.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and track key dates like renewals and expirations.
- Coordinate contract workflows by liaising with internal teams to track approvals, revisions, and final execution of agreements.
Audit & Compliance Assistance
- Assist in preparing compliance checklists and trackers for different departments.
- Support internal audit activities by collecting data and organizing required documentation.
- Help identify basic compliance gaps and follow up on action items.
