Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, helping them adopt a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and create release plans that align with business objectives.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Jira or Confluence.
Job Requirements :
- 7-20 years of experience in software development or related field.
- Solid understanding of Java programming language and Node.js developer skills are required; React JS developer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Scrum environments using Jira or similar tools; familiarity with Confluence for documentation purposes.
