Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and competent Civil Engineer with 5–8 years of relevant experience to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, documentation, and ensuring that construction works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
- Review and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, material requirements, and contractor bills.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and project-related documentation.
- Identify technical issues at site and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor project progress and support timely completion within budget and schedule.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, inspections, approvals, and other project documents.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Supervise and guide junior engineers and site personnel when required.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
