About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, and dynamic Manager (Aged 35 and above) to lead our team and act as a key bridge between our staff and the directors. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, guide people management, and collaborate closely with international stakeholders. We are seeking someone who brings mature leadership, mutual respect, exceptional communication, and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Reporting & Updates: Provide clear, concise, and structured daily progress and performance updates directly to the directors.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges, troubleshoot roadblocks, and resolve issues smoothly and efficiently to keep operations running seamlessly.

People & Team Management: Bring proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing teams, fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture.

Global & Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work effectively with teams and partners abroad,



demonstrating a high willingness to adapt to different working styles and environments.

Communication: Maintain flawless fluency in English—both verbally and in writing—to ensure crystal-clear coordination across all levels of the business.

Requirements & Qualifications

Age Requirement: Candidates must be 35 years of age or older.

Experience: Proven prior experience in people management and leadership roles.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Adaptability: Highly adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with international teams and diverse environments.

Professional Etiquette: A strong belief in mutual respect, teamwork, and cooperative leadership.
