BlitzenX is seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
with robust expertise in
Oracle Fusion Learning
and
Oracle Fusion Compensation
modules.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing configuration, validation, testing, enhancements, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Learning and Compensation solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and implementation teams to deliver robust and scalable Oracle HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives.
This role requires a functional expert who can support solution design, system upgrades, business process improvements, testing activities,
and post-production support while ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Compensation
- Resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Base Compensation and Workforce Compensation.
- Gather enhancement requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution specifications.
- Develop test scenarios and execute SIT/UAT testing activities.
- Support migration and deployment activities across environments.
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations on compensation processes and best practices.
- Support Oracle quarterly releases and new feature adoption.

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Learning module.
