Role Description
The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Tirupati Urban. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in healthcare institutions such as hospitals, labs, pharmacies, radiologies, and blood banks. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the technical and implementation teams to align client requirements with software solutions and ensure smooth onboarding. Daily tasks also include market research, competitor analysis, sales pipeline management, and regular reporting on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management within IT or healthcare domains.
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop growth strategies for target segments.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and clients, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
