Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in building construction projects
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred
- Robust knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and reinforcement detailing
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings
- Experience in steel quantity estimation, reconciliation, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Familiarity with reinforcement standards, IS Codes, and construction practices
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) will be an added advantage
