Role: RPO Recruiter
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding follow-up.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and build suitable candidate pipelines.
- Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, CTC and notice period.
- Coordinate with hiring managers/clients and ensure timely closure of positions.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Meet recruitment targets, TAT and quality metrics.

Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in RPO / IT recruitment / staffing.
- Solid sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
