We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong BPO experience to manage employee relations, engagement, retention, and HR operations for a large employee span. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing a span of control of 300500 employees and be comfortable working in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and address employee grievances effectively.
- Drive attrition management and implement retention initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the new hire induction process and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Conduct and manage PIP discussions with employees in coordination with business leaders.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify attrition trends.
- Handle warning letters and disciplinary actions as per company policies.
- Partner with operations teams to resolve employee-related concerns.
- Track employee issues and ensure timely closure of grievances.
- Work closely with managers and team leaders on employee performance and behavioral concerns.
- Analyze HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage HR activities for a span of 300–500 employees.
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and processes.
- Support business requirements and provide HR insights to the leadership team.
Mandatory Requirements
- Mandatory BPO experience.
- 2–7 years of relevant HR/HRBP experience.
- Hands-on experience in attrition management and employee relations.
- Experience handling 300–500 employees.
- Strong experience in employee grievance handling, PIP discussions, exit interviews, warning letters, engagement, and current-hire induction.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
