What You’ll Do

* Identify and develop new B2C business opportunities across the assigned territory.

* Generate leads through calls, references, networking, market visits, exhibitions, digital enquiries, and other channels.

* Connect with potential customers and understand their business and solar requirements.





* Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and regular follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable solutions, quotations, and proposals.

* Follow opportunities from the first enquiry through negotiation and order closure.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

* Participate in exhibitions, events, and industry activities to identify new business opportunities.

* Coordinate with Technical, Design, Project, Accounts, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

* Maintain updated lead and customer information and provide regular sales reports.

* Consistently work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
