Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, licenses, and technology services while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT procurement, sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Source laptops, servers, networking equipment, software, licenses, peripherals, and IT services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international IT suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Projects, and end users to understand requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement is compliant with approved budgets, contracts, and company procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance, deliveries, warranties, and after-sales support.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant IT procurement/buying experience.
- Solid experience in IT hardware, software, networking, licensing, and IT services procurement.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, commercial, and analytical skills.
- International/expatriate project experience will be an advantage.
- Ready to work and relocate to Nigeria.

Pay: ₹755,795.65 - ₹2,011,042.09 per year
