Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the corporate events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple events while ensuring smooth operations, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Supervise and lead on-ground event operations
- Handle logistics, manpower, and resource allocation
- Ensure seamless coordination across all departments




- Quickly resolve operational issues during events
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace
- Handle the Operations team

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in the event industry
- Strong operational planning and execution skills
- Ability to manage vendors, teams, and logistics efficiently
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience in event operations and corporate events
- Experience managing large-scale or multiple events simultaneously
