We are looking for an experienced Customer Success qualified to support ERP customers, manage client relationships, assist with deployments, and resolve business-critical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support for ERP applications.
Work closely with customers to resolve functional and technical issues.
Support release deployments and post-deployment activities.
Analyze data and reports using SQL queries.
Collaborate with product, implementation, and development teams.
Travel to customer locations as required.
What We Are Looking For
8-12 years of customer support/client servicing experience.
Experience working with ERP solutions.
Exposure to Real Estate, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Hospitality ERP domains.
Working knowledge of SQL and reporting.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Willingness to travel.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SSRS, accounting processes, or Tally integrations will be an added advantage.
