- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in setting up computers, user accounts, email IDs, and required software for new employees.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, accessories, and equipment.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for repairs, AMC, internet, hardware, and software support.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and ensure IT equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with antivirus, system updates, backups, and basic IT security practices.




- Maintain records of IT issues, repairs, asset allocation, and service requests.
- Provide IT support to both corporate office and factory/unit operations as required.
- Assist in CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control, and other technology-related systems where applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and safe handling of company IT assets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager or external service provider.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
