Role Description The Head of Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading the sales function, including setting sales strategies, managing sales targets, and driving revenue growth across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, mentoring and supporting team members,



and ensuring strong performance against KPIs. The Head of Sales will manage key accounts, build and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers, and collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, optimizing processes, and representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
Solid Experience in sales of plotting in hyderabad with 6 plus years of years as head of sales from any reputated firm.

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in Account Management, including building long-term client relationships and managing key accounts effectively.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching,
