Role Description The Assistant Accounts role is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, assisting with invoice processing, and tracking receivables and payables. The individual will help prepare basic financial reports, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with vendors, clients,



and internal teams regarding billing and payment queries. The role also includes assisting with documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing general administrative support to the accounts and finance team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for reconciliations, data review, and problem-solving.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including basic accounting principles, ledger maintenance, and familiarity with invoicing and billing processes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on accounts-related matters.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to handle queries, maintain positive relationships, and ensure timely resolution of billing issues.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is desirable.
