Role Overview
We are looking for a Product/Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn how technology solutions are designed and delivered in a real-world IT services and product engineering setting.
As a Product/Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, support documentation, and contribute to the early stages of solution development.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about technology, business problem-solving, and product development and wants to build a career in Business Analysis or Product Management.
Note: This is not a Data Analyst role.
We're not looking for someone focused on data analytics, reporting, dashboards, or SQL-based analysis. This role is for someone who wants to work on the product/BA side — writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, mapping process flows, and thinking through solution design with a design-thinking mindset. If your background is purely in data analysis without exposure to requirement gathering or product thinking, this role isn't the right fit.

Help convert business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
