Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, solutions, and cutting-edge ideas to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role involves studying customer specifications, preparing technical deviations, interacting with vendors, and ensuring timely submission of offers and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Acknowledgment of the enquiry to RO/IRO/Customer .
Studying the specifications received from customer for the specified project and identify special requirements with respect to Product Technical Binder. Prepare Technical deviations with respect to Specifications.
Prepare technical deviations and provide solutions to customers
Interact with vendors for RFQ and verify technical aspects
Ensure timely submission of offers and documents




Provide technical support and innovative solutions to customers and marketing engineers
Collaborate with engineering department to resolve deviations and qualify products
Visit customer sites for technical scope assessment and clarity.

Requirements:
Solid technical background in pump industry, specifically API and non-API pumps, centrifugal pumps
Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or similar role in pump industry
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Robust understanding of technical specifications, industry trends, and pump applications

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling projects for both domestic & export.
Knowledge of API and non-API pump standards and specifications
Familiarity with centrifugal pump technology
