Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of processes.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
Requirements:
0.6 to 2 years of experience in customer service or B2C roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
