About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Performance Marketer with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other major advertising platforms and should be capable of independently managing campaigns from setup and execution through optimization and reporting.

You will be responsible for running paid campaigns for both our in-house projects and external clients, with a robust focus on generating leads, conversions, sales, and measurable ROI.

This is a full-time,



on-site position. We are not looking for freelancers, part-time consultants, or remote candidates.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns.
Run campaigns on Meta, Google, and other major ad platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve leads, sales, and ROI.
Manage budgets and ensure productive ad spending.
Test different audiences, creatives, and campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance.
Work with the creative and marketing team to improve results.
Prepare simple performance reports and share insights.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of paid advertising, targeting, funnels, and analytics.
Experience handling multiple campaigns/accounts is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working independently and
