We're an early-stage AI SaaS startup looking for our
First Product Marketing hire
to own how we position, launch, and take our product to market.

What You'll Do
- Define ICP, personas, positioning, and messaging.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research.
- Develop GTM strategies for new products and features.
- Create product narratives, content, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Build sales enablement materials including decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
- Drive product adoption, activation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Analyze competitors, customer insights, and market trends.
- Work closely with founders, product, sales, and growth teams.
- Measure and optimize GTM, adoption, and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in
Product Marketing, Growth, GTM, B2B2C, or SaaS
.




- Strong understanding of ICP, segmentation, positioning, and customer journeys.
- Experience with customer research and GTM execution.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to simplify complex AI/product concepts into compelling messaging.
- Solid analytical and experimentation mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup.

Nice to Have:
AI/SaaS experience, PLG experience, B2B2C experience, and familiarity with HubSpot, PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools.
