About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with strong knowledge of AOI and SPI inspection systems for SMT manufacturing applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, understanding application requirements, and driving sales of AOI/SPI solutions across the electronics manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SMT processes, AOI, SPI, inspection applications, and electronics manufacturing environments, combined with proven B2B sales and customer-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for AOI and SPI solutions in the SMT/PCB assembly market.
- Develop relationships with EMS companies, OEMs, ODMs, and electronics manufacturing customers.




- Understand customer production and inspection requirements and recommend appropriate AOI/SPI solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Work closely with application/technical teams to prepare machine configurations, quotations, proposals, and technical solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, order closure, and customer handover.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and upcoming projects.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and other business-development activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation, trials, application support, and after-sales requirements.
