About the Role

SkillX is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team, drive admissions, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, sales, communication, follow-up, and CRM management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Plan, monitor, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
- Drive lead conversion through effective follow-ups, counselling, and sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and lead status through CRM.
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Coach, motivate, and guide team members to improve individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding operations.




- Ensure timely processing and coordination of incentives and EMI-related activities.
- Monitor team attendance and maintain operational discipline.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team productivity.
- Support departmental OKRs and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.

- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets consistently.
- Improve the lead-to-admission conversion rate.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Enhance team productivity through regular coaching, monitoring, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure operational efficiency.
- Build a high-performing, target-oriented sales team.
