· Ensure that the canteen is maintained with utmost cleanliness and tidiness.
· Food Menu has to be revised once in a month and feedback has to be captured and recorded through Canteen Committee. Ensure employee’s needs are met and minimize costs on wastage.
· Monitor the quality of the food on a daily basis and ensure the food menu as prescribed by the company is followed rigidly.
· Ensure Special Menu has to be provided to the employees on all events / festivals & celebrations.
· Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests.
Clinic:
· Monitor clinic is properly equipped with required medicines and medical equipment’s.
· Responsible for attending the accident cases and ensure the first aid is being done on-time followed by all the legal formalities is properly addressed and keep on the updating the same to the immediate supervisor.
· Co-ordinate with Hospitals & other Health care institutions to conduct periodical camps such as Blood Camp, Eye Camp etc for employees.
Employee Engagement Activities:
· Responsible for complete employee engagement activities such as sports, cultural, health programmes and ensures it is being conducted as per the welfare calendar.
Employee Awareness
· Conduct awareness programs for employee to improve health, discipline, work place rule and regulation to bring changes in their behavior for achieving extended production efficiency.
Morale improvement:
· Motivate and encourage the team to obtain their goals and listening to their accusation, for keeping the wear and tear to the low, reducing the attrition level.
Build the team, set performance expectations, evaluate performance to meet and exceed performance expectations.
