Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the Assessment Design Executive job include:
i) Understanding assessment domain/industry
ii) Basic familiarity with different question formats MCQs, Multiple Correct Answer, Descriptive, Coding etc.
iii) Basic understanding of the Aptitude, Domain, Comp Science, Engineering areas
iv) Proficiency with computer usage, MS-Office and AI-forward mindset are non-negotiable
v) Good spoken and written communication. Ability to write in clear, grammatically correct, fluent English.
vi) Highly curious, open to learning new things and have a positive problem-solving mindset
vii) Have the right mix of aptitude, attention to detail, flexibility and research orientation

Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers
Responsibilities:
1) Design online assessment blueprints based on roles and responsibilities.
2) Utilize LLMs and AI-powered research platforms to efficiently scan, summarize, and augment assessment research capabilities.
3) Ensure 100% quality and timeliness of deliverables for our various clients.
4) Send sample papers / test logins to clients, collect feedback, consolidate comments, and implement required modifications in a timely manner
5) Assist in updating blueprints / test specifications wherever required
6) Coordinate with internal content teams, SMEs, and reviewers as required
7) Contribute to recent/innovative item/product development
8) Follow item-writing, style, and review guidelines consistently
9) Adhere to ethical standards and applicable laws/regulations
