About the Role
Weddingz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Venue Manager) to drive venue sales and manage relationships with venue partners. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by selling banquet halls, hotels, resorts, and wedding venues to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, understand event requirements, and recommend suitable venues.
- Conduct venue visits and assist customers throughout the booking journey.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with venue partners to ensure inventory availability and seamless coordination.
- Negotiate pricing and close bookings to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers and venue partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Update CRM with customer interactions, bookings, and sales progress.
- Resolve customer and venue partner queries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to improve sales performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and partner engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 14 years of experience in sales, hospitality, travel, events, real estate, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable conducting client meetings and venue visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
