Position Overview

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to develop, implement, and manage brand strategies that strengthen the company's market presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, maintaining brand consistency, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and communication for products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
- Oversee content creation,



advertising materials, promotional activities, and corporate communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Manage branding budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, infrastructure, or related industries will be an advantage.
