About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support project estimation, take-offs, and costing processes for our commercial and industrial fencing and noise wall projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
- Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
- Work closely with the estimation and project management teams on tender submissions
- Review project specifications and documentation for accuracy




- Maintain up-to-date records of material and labour costs
- Support cost control and reporting throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinate with Australia-based teams to align on project requirements and standards

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience with active take-off software
- Strong understanding of BOQs, cost estimation and construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
- Based in Delhi, India
- Preferred (nice to have)
- Prior experience with fencing, noise wall, or civil infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Australian construction standards and practices
