Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations
- Design and present customized international itineraries
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and partners for bookings and quotes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry
- Prior experience working with international destinations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Direct sales experience with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings
- Passion for travel and genuine interest in curating memorable experiences for clients
