Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions to clients across various industries.
- Conduct financial due diligence (FDD) reviews for potential deals, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive deal memos, presentations, and other documentation for client pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality transaction advisory services.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in M&A; or related fields such as FDD, M&A;, or transaction services.
- Solid understanding of A&S; Software Consultancy's products/services offerings.
- Proven track record of successfully completing multiple deals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
