Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage the inventory and storage operations of the Tea Experiences Room Café. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of tea, food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other café supplies.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify all incoming stock against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates, packaging, and condition of all received items.
- Properly store tea, food ingredients, beverages, crockery, packaging, and other café supplies.
- Maintain accurate daily records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
- Issue materials to the kitchen, café, and other departments against authorized requirements.




- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, hygienic, and properly labelled.
- Monitor expiry dates and prevent wastage, damage, or unnecessary stock accumulation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, and Café Operations teams.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for different varieties of tea and food products.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value or specialty tea products.
- Support monthly stock audits and reconciliation.
- Follow all company policies, hygiene standards, and inventory procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper/Inventory Exe
